Remanufactured 5.7L HEMI stroker for old-style and VVT 5.7L HEMI engines, 2003-present, built to your spec. You choose the displacement (392, 396 or up to about 400 ci depending on your block), the compression ratio, and whether the engine will run naturally aspirated or boosted. • Old-style or VVT: available for both. Send us your year, make and model (or VIN) before ordering so we build the right one.

Notes

• This is a high-performance engine. Please do your own research before purchase.
• Break-in: every new engine needs a 1,000-mile break-in period (conventional oil, first oil change at 500 miles).
• Boost level is set per build. Tell us your target boost and power goals and we'll spec the compression and parts to match. For higher-boost builds, we recommend upgrading to ARP head studs.

• Brand-new forged 4340 steel stroker crankshaft (Eagle standard; Manley available as a premium upgrade), balanced with the rotating assembly
• SCAT forged 4340 I-beam connecting rods (H-beam rods available as a premium upgrade)

• UEM/ICON performance piston rings
• King Racing rod and main bearings
• Correct crank reluctor wheel for your engine; crank spacer on VVT builds

Break-in

The first 1,000 miles are the break-in period. Use conventional oil only, change the oil and filter at 500 miles, vary your RPM, and avoid towing, heavy loads and long idling. Check your oil level regularly, since some oil burn-off is normal until the rings seat. Following the break-in procedure is required.

Performance parts: we do not blueprint engines. We can install custom or performance parts you supply (you pay for the parts and shipping them to us; no extra installation charge).
